![]() Cabin #1 - This cozy, comfortable cabin sleeps 6. The bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The living area has a futon and a twin bed with trundle bed that pops up to make king size bed. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, stove, microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There's a shower, toilet and sink in the bathroom. Linens are provided, but no housekeeping. A telephone and gas grill are available at the main house. The cabin has both heat and air conditioning, but no TV.
Cabin #2 - Our new cabin sleeps 5. It has a queen bed, and 3 twins beds (bunk beds plus a trundle bed underneath). The kitchen is furnished with dishes, stove, microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There's a shower, toilet and sink in the bathroom. Linens are provided, but no housekeeping. A telephone and gas grill are available at the main house. The cabin has both heat and air conditioning. If in need of an afternoon nap, a hammock is just around the corner. There is no TV.
You will not be sharing either cabin with people from another group, so if you come as a group of 1 or
2 people then you would have the cabin to yourself. In other words, we
do not operate our cabins as bunkhouses. Wireless internet and laundry are available in our home. Camping is another option.
Smoking & Pets
- We ask that you smoke only on
the cabin porches or in your vehicle. Please let us know if you are
interested in bringing a pet(s) and we can discuss it.
Meals

Our horseback vacation package includes breakfast
and dinner served in our home. Our
railfan vacation package includes breakfast only. Our hunting packages
include one main meal, your choice of noon or evening. You can purchase
additional meals ala carte. If you wish to prepare any of your own
meals, you are welcome to do so in the cabin. It is completely stocked
with linens, dishes, and utensils. We have a nice sized garden that will
be a part of our meals July – September. We bake our own bread, make our
own butter and jelly from chokecherries that grow on our ranch. We serve
ranch/western style meals, normally steak, chicken, pork chops or BBQ ribs
on the grill, potatoes, vegetables. In the heat of the summer
Breakfast - We serve pancakes or french toast made with homemade bread, bacon or sausage, or fresh eggs from our chickens and homemade hashbrowns. Fruit and homemade granola cereal are also options. Breakfast is served with a choice of milk, orange juice, a variety of teas, or coffee with made with freshly ground beans. Decaf upon request. If you have food allergies or special dietary requests please let us know when making your reservation and we will be happy to try to accommodate those. Beverages We do not serve alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own. We require that you do not drink alcohol before or during our horseback rides or hunts. With our breakfast, you have the choice of coffee made with freshly ground beans, milk, tea or orange juice, and dinner we serve lemonade. There is a small grocery store in Crawford (8 miles), as well as several restaurants. Please Contact Us with questions!
2010 Rates Cabin rental - the cabins rent for the same price, $65-$120 per night depending on how many people are in your group, how many nights you stay, and what time of year you are coming. We are happy to rent the cabins regardless of whether you purchase meals, horseback riding, or hunting packages. Deposit
- We request a
50% deposit when making a reservation and the balance is due upon
arrival. Nebraska State sales and lodging tax will be added to the Cancellation Policy - Cancellation 90 days before scheduled arrival date- $35 fee retained; cancellation less than 90 days before scheduled arrival date - full deposit is retained, unless replacement renter is obtained, in which case deposit less $35 cancellation fee is returned.
